The Edwards Family (Paradise Fire)

Our good friend Jourdon Edwards and his family unfortunately lost their newly purchased home today when the Camp Fire ripped through their neighborhood in Paradise, CA.
Jourdon and his family moved to the town of Paradise earlier this year for Jourdon's job where he has been working to fix the Oroville dam that suffered damage back in 2017. I remember how excited he was when he found his forever home that him and his wife could raise their two daughters in and grow their family.
He had also reached out to us earlier in the year to tell us the exciting news that Kristi and him would be expecting baby number three, who is now due any day. They had just completed making the house their own and setting up the baby's room before this unexpected tragedy occurred, changing their lives forever.
The day that the fire started, Jourdon, was at work when he got the news of what was going on. He rushed home during the chaos of the evacuation in which he explained was apocalyptic and like nothing he had ever experienced in his life. He ended up making it home just in time to rescue his family, some belongings, their dogs, and get them out of harms way.
If you can find it in your heart to spare even a few dollars I know that it would mean the world to him and his family after everything that they have unfortunately had to endure.
