TFL 8U ELITE DIVISION: HELP US TO KEEP BUILDING CHAMPIONS ON AND OFF THE FOOTBALL FIELD!

The Tucker Football League 8U Elite Division Team comes from a long TRADITION of CHAMPIONS!
We are so proud to be a part of historic Tucker Football League, widely recognized as one of the most successful youth sports organizations in the U.S.  Since it was founded in 1955, TFL has been privately owned and operated--thriving solely on the contributions of parents and donors.  Fitzgerald Field, the home of our stadium and practice fields, is also property of TFL. Unlike programs subsidized by counties or parks and recreations, a significant portion of registration goes to maintaining our historic grounds. 


Our fundraising is about MORE than just equipment:
As longstanding supporters of children in the greater Atlanta community, it is the TFL culture to turn NO child away. Together we raise funds to make certain that no Tucker Lion is left behind. Registration fees can be prohibitive--together we close that gap through fundraising.


Our team has been working hard at fundraising but need your help to take us further:
Our twenty six 8U Elite Division team players and their familes have been diligently raising funds all summer long. With ongoing efforts, we have made progress . . . but not the kind we need. Your contributions will help take us to the next level.



Where will the donations go?
Beyond registration supplementation, your kind donation will help our team specifically with:
*Travel to our upcoming Savannah, Georgia tournament games
*Travel to our upcoming Warner Robbins tournament
*Uniform jerseys for all team members
*Equipment bags
*Cold weather gear
*Screws/replacement items for helmets
*Pads/Helmets for individual team members

Why give to THIS team?
We are a part of a historic nonprofit 501(c)3 Georgia corporation dedicated to building future leaders through the structure and discipline of youth football. Since 1955, TFL has created a strong foundation of basics for many of our alumni who've gone on to receive full or partial scholarships in NCAA division I and II universities. We are also very proud of our Tucker Lions in the NFL. Last year, the 8U Elite Team was proud to have a member designated as the 2015 Born2Compete 8U player of the year!


Our coaches are all volunteers--a combination of dedicated fathers and responsible community leaders committed to our 8U team. Ever present are also the mothers, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends--all of whom play a part day after day in the success of this team. Together we encourage our kids and teach them the power of giving their very best effort ON and OFF the field. A strong emphasis on academic achievement is a CONSTANT and works in concert with the discipline required for such a successful football program.


Many of these boys have been playing football together at TFL since they were only kindergartners. Won't you help reward their steadfast dedication and hard work through a donation? No donation is too small--and please TELL A FRIEND!
