Special Education in Zambia

Hi, I need your help! On June 18th, I will be moving to Lusaka, Zambia, to work for Special Hope Network, a nonprofit dedicated to serving children with intellectual disabilities and their families. Without the work of Special Hope and their talented staff, many of these families would not have access to education and medical care for their children with disabilities. Besides providing these services, Special Hope offers families hope, love, and a community with the goal of changing the way special education is viewed throughout the nation. I am so honored to be joining this tremendous team and cannot wait to get over there, but I need your help! I will have ongoing expenses throughout the year, but my immediate need is $2,750 to cover the costs of my airfare and visa. Please consider supporting this amazing cause. Your donations would be supporting not just me, but the lives of over a hundred precious children and their families.
