Top Surgery

My name is Elias Joseph and I am a transgender  community organizer currently located in Florida. I have been organizing in and around LGBTQ+ spaces for almost five years now, hoping to further the fights for gender, racial, and economic justice. I have been binding for about three years consecutively now, causing lasting damage to my rib cage as well as bruising and pain. My need to stop binding altogether and get top surgery is an increasingly urgent one, and I’m asking for community help in this regard. Thank you for reading, sharing, and helping.
