$8500 to bring him home from Orl FL

My big brother Brian was shot to death by 3 orlando police officers this morning! He was un armed and no type of non leathal force was even giving a try! He was unarmed and was already in hospitals custody for an illness! He was shot to death for no reason what so ever and we need to bring him home and away from the city that killed him!
