Bretts Trip to Japan

My Lil bro Brett is going to Japan to study abroad thru USM's program...but it is costly! For his 3 week trip (from May 19 to June6)-he will need to raise $5000, which is due at the end of February .
Brett goes to USM and works a full time job but he still needs help. He's already put a $200 deposit down and he bought his passport.
Please help get my lil bro to Japan! Thanks!
