Hi Everyone,
For those that know myself and Chris, you will know we have had a rough 2019, struggling with the impact of misscarriages which has caused a rollarcoaster of emotions and has effected our Mental Health massively. We know the importance of support and communication when it comes to Mental Health Issues, thats why we would like to raise money for MIND a charity that helps individuals who need that bit of support and reassuring them that they dont have to face it all alone.
On top of this Charity we want to split the money raised with the National Autistic Society. This is a charity that is very close to our hearts and we could not raise money without including it. Not only do we work with young adults with Autism and would love to see individuals like these benefit but Chris' brother is diagnosed with Aspergers, we have witnessed how the Austistic Society has aided Daniel , through finding jobs, or support in daily activities. To add to this we are excited to say that Daniel will join us on this challenge. Showing his dedication & motivation in life, he is a big walker and will take on any challenge, he will be a huge benefit to our journey through the mountains.
So...how!? So we are going to be taking on the challenge of the THREE PEAKS.
This involves completing Ben Nevis in Scotland (highest mountain in uk), then driving down to Scafflel Pike in England , then a drive to Snowdon in North Wales.
ALL IN 24 HOURS!!
Its going to be tough, tiring & a huge huge mental challenge! But we WILL do it.
June 20th we are coming at you!
