Cancer patient family vacation

Unfortunately at the beginning of this year my small cell lung cancer had returned as well as cancer in my throat I underwent radiation and chemo. The day after i had completed my radiation i ended up in the ICU from an infection and almost died. I managed to pull through and have had alot to think about my life and things I had never done and wish I had one of those things is going on a holiday with my 2 sisters as I dont know what my future holds and am hoping that I can go on this adventure in November but I live month to month on aish and need some help to be able to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
