Need help to pay for used car,bills

Hi my name is Chris Miller and I need help  to pay some bills and get a used Car. I am on a fixed income  . I work part time only 20hrs a week ..I am a 3rd Degree Member of The Knights of Columbus #99 in Fitchburg and a member of St Cecilia's In Leominster . I also Volunteer for the Miss Massachusetts Scholarship Program and A Volunteer for WQPH 89.3 FM.
