Jay's Surgeries

Jay has been such a huge part of my life ever since I adopted him.  He has always taken care of me and now I need help taking care of him.  He had to retire from being my PTSD service dog when he began losing his vision at the early age of five. His health issues have begun to stack up, and I just can't keep up. He needs to have surgery on both of his eyes, his mouth, and a lump removed from his ribcage. But time is ticking on his eye surgery. The vets say that right now, they do not think his retinas are affected. But soon they will be, and once they are injured, there is nothing they can do to save his sight. We planned to save up for the surgery, but we are running out of time. The vet recommended we get in to see the specialist as soon as possible, and urged us to get in within a month. We think that if we were able to restore his sight, he could even return to work as my service dog. The thought of having my best boy by my side again brings me to tears. He is my lifesaver, and it's my turn to help him. We still have so much to do together, so much to see. Please help me save my boy's eyes! Thank you so, so much!
