Head on car crash

I got into a head on car accident 4 days ago almost died roadside after almost bleeding out.
I have no idea when I can go back to work or if I'll be able to do what I was doing for a job.
I currently have a broken jaw,orbital fracture and over 50 staples holding my head together among  other injuries and a concussion. 
I really don't know what to do where to turn.Anything helps
