Support the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation (PKD Foundation) and help friends and family of Colton Waibel honor his memory by sponsoring the 7th Annual Tee Off For Colton. Our annual event will be held June 24th at the Mahoning Valley Country Club, Lehighton PA.
Donations will be used to help cover event expenses, with all proceeds going to the PKD Foundation. All sponsors are recognized in the event program. Sponsorship levels:
Bronze: $1-$150
Silver: $151-$300, name at 9 tees
Gold: >$300, name at all tees
The PKD Foundation is the only organization in the U.S. soley devoted to finding treatments and a cure for those afflicted with PKD. Over the past 30 years the PKD Foundation has invested $42 million in research, fellowships and scientific meetings. Over the past 7 years, friends and family of Colton Waibel have donated more than $75 thousand towards the PKD Foundation.
