Help David Ryder get Life-Saving Surgery!

Hello, I'm Dave Ryder and I have a parathyroid tumor in my neck and it is killing me. Literally. Here I am with my 16 year old son Muggy (he is on the autism spectrum): You can see how sick I have been getting, even though I'm trying to smile and have a fun time with him:
I have lost 50 lbs. My hair is falling out. Angina, tachycardia, kidneys and bones hurt, brain fog, the list goes on and on. PAIN.
And I was the singer in my band, but I can't sing anymore because the tumor is pressing against my vocal cords. I'm hoarse all the time and my throat hurts.
It's a disease called Hyperparathyroidism , and it is caused by a tumor behind the thyroid gland that looks like this:
Doesn't look that bad does it? Well it IS bad: I have already had 1 heart attack and am on multiple heart/anxiety meds to control the racing heart (tachycardia) and PVCs (sometimes more than 50 a day) because of that little b@$t*d. I have insurance, but they will not pay for the operation because, well insurance companies would rather give you pills than pay for an operation. But it IS KILLING ME.
Hyperparathyroidism is a serious disease and very destructive . It leads to problems throughout the body, including osteoporosis, high blood pressure, kidney stones, kidney failure, stroke, and cardiac arrhythmias. I have ALL of these symptoms and getting worse daily. Patients with parathyroid disease should undergo parathyroidectomy, an operation to remove the parathyroid tumor. People who have the surgery, 99% of the time you are cured, the tumors are usually not malignant. I could get my life back (I can't even imagine)
The total cost if you do not have insurance and must pay for the operation out of pocket is $13,520. This includes the consultation fee, chart prep, surgeon fee, anesthesia, anesthesiologist, x-ray, hospital, laboratory, operating room, operating room team, and recovery room.
After I tapped my savings (and I've sold a bunch of stuff), I'm still $7,000 short, and Muggy and my wife Torri need me alive, not dead in a hole.
Please, please help me get this surgery, any amount at all would be helpful! I honestly don't know how much longer I can hang on, I am getting worse every day. Thank you so much for any amount even any spare change you can donate,
