Kiana Stage 4 Colon Cancer

So you guys might be wondering how a healthy, 23 year-old female like me got stage 4 colon cancer.
To be honest I'm not so sure myself.
Back in December I had been going to the Doctor about my mentraul cycle and then getting put on birth control. I had a blood test ordered and both the abdominal and vagacil ultrasound. A few days after the ultrasound I started getting sharp pains on lower left abdominal and pelvic area. It was tolerable for now.
In January I went to urgent care for it and the practictoner just said that the vagacil ultrasound had irritated a nerve, so I was prescribed muscule relaxers.
By February I had my appointment with the Gynecologist. The doctor did an abdominal and pelvic exam, then a PAP Smear before inserting Nexplanon (implant of BC). The doctor stated that I irritated my lower left abdominal wall and needed to limit my movement/rest, and take ibuprofen daily as needed. By Valentine's Day I was experiencing some mentraul cycle symptoms. I thought everything was normal and went about my day. About the last hour of work, I was feeling really off. I was slightly light headed and had vomiting when I got to my car. Once I got home, I was in dire pain and hoping back and forth from the couch to the bathroom. Finally I could not tolerate the pain anymore, so I asked my mom to come over. She took me straight to the ER and have been in the hospital ever since.
