Miss Washington's Outstanding Teen 2014

Hi!  I'm TiArra. I'm competing for Miss Washington's Outstanding Teen 2014!  This is part of the Miss America Organization.  A State pageant for Miss America's Little Sister Program, Miss America's Outstanding Teen.  I'm trying to raise my entry fee for this along with the fees for production number dresses, hotels, sash and crown, etc.  I will receive scholarship money that will allow me to attend college.  Along sholarship opportunities this program helps me build life skills, such as, interview skills, platform building, resume writing, mentoring little girls, and the value of volunteering. 

My platform is Be the Change.  I've always loved volunteering.  My platform is all about getting others to volunteer in their communities.  I help out at food banks, my church, local youth programs, and I coach youth sports. I hope that one day I can leave my mark on the world as a positive difference maker.
