Sara’s medical fund!

So I know I look like a healthy young lady, but I’m in a whole lot of pain.   I am currently going through the pain management program at the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab in Chicago, but it’s getting expensive between medical bills, health insurance, paying the mortgage and getting downtown everyday!!

I’ve been off work since mid-February trying to get all of this sorted out and I think I have finally found the solution!  It’s going to get a little expensive and we’re getting a little broke, so any help is much appreciated :)
