Torn damaged tissue in chest

Hello my name is John,  when I was two years old, I was in my stepfathers MG Sprint, my mother in the passenger seat, I was standing behind them in the center it being just a two seat sport car we were driving somewhere, while getting onto the freeway by way of a cloverleaf on-ramp I fell out. I don’t remember anything concerning that time, yet in my older years now since 2007 when I was working driving for a living with Genuine Parts Distributors, and my body structure being more torso then legs I had to ride rigid in the seat without any cushion from the air pressure giving lift and bounce to the truck on the road, otherwise I would bang my head on the ceiling of the cab. After a five years of driving like that I developed a severe pain in my upper right abdomen, that even the cloth of my shirt rubbing against it was excruciating in pain I've been to countless doctors with no success of a solution in eliminating this, while living in CA. I feel this is due to the reality of not having the means financially to pay for this medical attention, and relying on Medical.  Every day I live with pain that is always present in some type of intensity, whenever I sit, stand, walk, drive, and sleep, it is difficulty to sleep without  being woke up from the pain since I move in my sleep. I’ve taken 1800mg of Gabapentin which is a neurological pain killer, which doesn’t help all that much, I get drugged out, and the next day just getting through the drug effects, with the pain. I try to stretch and anything else I can think of, that might help to reduce the pain. I am always looking for employment and constantly living in fear of landing that job and then having the pain get so bad it’s impossible to do anything besides hold my right side with my arm which help’s to get through it, then being let go from that job, for not being able to perform my job duties, anything and everything raised will go for finding a neurologist, chiropractor etc., which will help me in eliminating this almost decade long pain cycle and emotional roller coaster of fears from not knowing if it will ever end. I never thought I would reach out to anyone, but just live in this pain. I can only hope of this ending. I have had a lot of X-ray’s, along with ultrasounds, MRI, but never did the doctors think of checking to see if it was a Neurological, or ulcer or? Of which I don’t know.
