Classroom Startup

Hello family and friends, for those of you who didn’t know, I have moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to help fight against the inequity in our education system. I am a current corps member for Teach for America; I will be a full time special education teacher this fall and will also be attending UNLV working towards getting my masters degree. I have started a fundraiser to help get my classroom started, donations of any amount are welcomed. If you cannot contribute any monetary donations but would like to donate any supplies or books, I will be in the Palm Springs area until July 20th. I have a go fund me and will also be accepting Venmo. ALL donations will be going towards purchasing basic school supplies (paper, pencils, markers, etc) culturally relative literature, posters, and supplementary supplies that will help support my students. Having just graduated from UCR, and moving to another state, any support would be greatly appreciated. Have a blessed day.
