On January 18, Alexandra, her mother, younger brother, and her mother’s boyfriend were happily on their way to meet family for dinner, when they were struck by a semi truck. Her mother Mayra and brother Angel, were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Sadly, Alexandra and her mother’s boyfriend passed away at the scene. Alexandra was only 8 years old.
In addition to all of the pain and stress that Mayra and the family are enduring, they are having to face unexpected burial expenses to cover the cost of this tragedy.
