Queenies Surgery

If anybody knows me, they know I hate asking for help.  Writing this out and rereading it really kills me but, today we found out a very loved member of our family has a mass in her stomach and needs to be operated on immediately. 

It it all started a couple weeks ago she threw up a little blood and the vet told us not to bring her in unless it persists because she really hates the vet and it’s a stress every time we bring her in. Well, December 24th we had to rush her to the emergency vet because she threw up blood and there was also a good amount in her feces. They recommended a bunch of different tests as well as an ultrasound. We did all of the blood tests and fecal test to see if there was some sort of infection. Everything seemed normal and we went home with some medications to calm her tummy. 

We waited until today to take her to our normal vet for the ultrasound and after dropping her off I anticipated every second until I could pick her up. I got a call that I was not expecting. I was crossing my fingers for an ulcer or even something even simpler. The first words I heard were her stomach was inflamed and irritated but that there was also a mass. They’re not sure what type of mass it is so we would need to go in for an endoscopy which costs $1000 and then any other further treatment after that is going to be a lot more. After already spending almost $1000 to figure out the problem my bank account is drained and my credit cards are maxed out. 

Again I absolutely hate to make this. I even told myself I would never make a go fund me. My boyfriend and I are busting out as much work and time we can to come up with the funds but it’s very difficult. 

Im not expecting much from this but if you can help in anyway we appreciate all of it and anything helps. 

Shes only 6 and deserves a chance. Shes our best friend and the best thing to happen to our family in a very long time.
