Diana Gladue funeral expenses

Hello everyone,
This is a really hard time for my family. My mother, Diana Gladue, 54 years old, has recently, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away from a massive stroke that occurred on October 26th. For the last year, my mother had been fighting cancer and was in remission. Everyone was so happy once she beat stage 3 lung cancer and we all thought everything was finally coming together and she was becoming healthy once again. The last two years have been so hectic for her and our family, we all tried to keep strong for her but her time has finally come. We’re all trying to focus on the fact that she is no longer in pain. My mom has had a hard life but nonetheless, always tried to make the best of what she had. She was a fighter, an inspiration to all of her friends and family to always keep fighting and keep our heads up. Her presence always lit up the room, anybody that knew her came to know that she always made everyone laugh with her jokes. They were mostly (and always) inappropriate. Her friends and family would always wait for that joke to arise. Everyone would always get a kick out of her for simply being herself, she was such a joy. She went through so much in her life and was constantly kicked down but she always found her way back to her family, friends, and the faith she needed to keep strong. She always knew that it would be okay and nothing could get in her way of picking herself back up. She was always so strong through all of the craziness that life threw at her and we were all so proud of her for finally getting to where she wanted to be. Towards the end of her life, she always made sure that her kids were taken care of. She would do anything for us, even if it meant taking the shirt off of her back to provide or be there for us. As her children, we are responsible for all service decisions and to respectfully make her wishes come true, we ask of you to help us through this unexpected tragedy that my family is dealing with. As a college student in my last two years of the social work program at Eastern, I only have a handful of savings. Our mother didn’t have life insurance or any savings, she always spent her last dollar to help provide for herself and her family.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated by our family members, and we could not thank anybody enough to help us through this very difficult time.
