Kitty is with a Rescue!

We need your help. This is one of the stray kitties I feed a few blocks from my house (Los Angeles - Maywood)A few days ago I noticed he looked a little weird and seemed to have some difficulties eating the hard food I gave him.He was drooling a lot and kept sticking out his tongue. Luckily I had some can and gave him that. Which he was able to eat. He obviously needs help but the most I can do is give him can when I quickly go to feed them. I have so many kitties at home that I can’t take him in nor do I have the funds to take him to a vet.
