Life-saving Surgery For Storm

Please help Mike & Kara.
It is with a very heavy heart that I reach out to all of you to help Mike & Kara save Storm’s life.
On Wednesday she showed signs of abnormal behaviour, not hungry and generally mopping about. Those of you who know storm, know she can be a massive sook especially when Mike is not home and so we put it down to her just having a bit of separational anxiety.
Concern started to set in on Thursday when she still was not better. She went to the vet and with no conclusive answer, she came home. Friday Storm’s condition worsened and she went back to the vet, they completed further tests, but still couldn’t come to a conclusion as to what was wrong. This time they kept her over night on a drip.
This morning (Saturday) she has worsened and they were told to rush her to an emergency vet, there they rushed her into emergency heart surgery to help stem internal bleeding and remove fluid surrounding her heart. Sadly, the vets confirmed that she had been POSOINED and Storm is the third dog they have seen this happen to this year.
People have been lacing food scraps with poison and leaving them around dog parks.
Storm has currently under gone one surgery, is in critical condition, waiting to stabilise to under go another operation. Mike and Kara have already incurred considerable costs up to this point and it looks like there will still be more to come.Any of you that have had even the smallest interaction with Mike & Kara will know they are two of the most beautiful humans in the world. Please, I ask anyone that is able, to help these two save their baby girl
