Sprinklers For Blue’s Gym

Blue’s Gym is a 501(c)(3) gym ministry founded by former world kickboxing champion Dino Newville. Located in the southeast side of Grand Rapids, Blue’s Gym offers free lessons and activities for children, and a training program for fighters and athletes of all skill levels and ages. Blue’s Gym’s purpose is to provide “programs and services that lead to greater participation in, and appreciation of, physical fitness, and Christian faith and discipline, by the citizens of the greater West Michigan area, and to provide a facility through which to offer these programs and services.” Blue’s Gym needs your help! The City of Grand Rapids recently informed the Gym that it must install sprinklers in its facility to meet code requirements, within 30 days. The cost of installation is estimated to be somewhere between $50,000 and $100,000 dollars. Blue’s seeks tradespeople and companies able to share their time and talents for this project. And we need your treasure as well, financial donations. Our programs for children continue to grow, averaging 400 kids enjoying our facility per week. We thank you for caring!
