Help to finish a Masjid

In the name of Allah, Ar Rahman, Ar Raheem PROJECT FOR COMPLETING THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ISLAMIC CENTER IN CAMEROON (DOUALA) Constituents of the project: 1- A mosque of two levels that can hold up to 1000 worshipers. 2- Six classrooms 3- Toilets 4- A well or a water pump. Importance and benefits of the project: By analyzing the following points, it is clear that this project is of capital importance and has many advantages: 1- The city where the project was launched: which is Douala, the largest city and economic capital of Cameroon, which is heavily populated by Muslims. 2- The center is located a few meters from the University of Douala and this is an opportunity for dawah both to muslims and non muslims 3- This project will meet the needs of Muslims in the area in general and those of students in particular in terms of the daily prayers, Jumuah, Taraweeh in Ramadhan, Islamic classes and lectures. Current state of the project: The project was interrupted for some time bue to lack of financial means. However, this is what we where able to achive with the help of Allah. 1- Purchase of a piece of land 2- The construction of the mosque groud floor and the most of the first floor 3- The construction of toilets. What remains to be done: 1- Finishing of the mosque (painting, tiles, etc...) 2- Carpeting the floor and equipment of the mosque 3- Finishing of the toilets 4- Construction of classrooms and equipement 5- Well digging or drilling. Through donations, below is what we hope to achive before the month of Ramdhan starts: 1- Cement the floor of the mosque 2- Place the capets 3- Temporary installation of electricity in the mosque and toilets 4- Finish at least two toilets for men and one for women 5- Finishing the wudu area 6- Instalation of the sound system.
