Help Fund Our Internship!

Hey friends, family and comrades! Chris and I are required to find a internship or job to fulfill our co-op credits for our spring semester of college. We were both offered a position at the Transgender Law Center in Oakland, California and would love the opportunity of going to the Bay Area to help fellow working-class or brown and black transgender people with legal services and youth organizing. Unfortunately the positions are unpaid as the TLC doesn’t have the infrastructure at the moment to compensate us, nonetheless we both still aim to intern with the law center. We will be working for three months, so we are asking you all to help fund our stay in Oakland as we are in need of funds for food, water, shelter and other necessities.
