Help Val fix house during cancer tr

Donation protected
If my sister didn't have bad luck, she would have no luck at all. Her boyfriend died before Christmas of cancer. She had been caring for him for a long time and had been ignoring the fact that she herself was not well. She ended up in the hospital in June when she could not breath. She has cancer and has had part of her lungs removed as well as her lymph nodes and some cells. She is supposed to have chemo and radiation in another month.

Valerie had been staying with our mother while traveling back and forth to Boston. In the meantime, I was helping her file eviction on her tenants who have not paid rent since February and have stolen from her. A week ago yesterday, Sunday, July 26th at 5:10 a.m., her tenant set her house on fire. The sheriff had served them the eviction notice on Thursday. My sister had not been paying some of her bills since November, and her insurance was one of the bills. So she has no insurance. The studio apartment above her garage is a total loss; the main part of the house that she lives in has smoke and water damage. I am hoping to get her some help because right now she is overwhelmed and losing faith.

Thank you for listening.

One of the three articles about the fire. The second photo really shows the damage.
