Help Blink The Bulldog Get His Eye Fixed

My friend Tina just rescued Blink from a puppy mill situation through one of a kind pets and paid $400. She had Blinks eye looked at a vet and they said it would need to be removed for $900. Asking for anyone that can help Blink. Thank you.
