car repairs

As you can see  my car was side swiped,  and I recently made arrangements to have it repaired. But during this time, I have been rushed to the hospital with an unknown illness. Being checked for EEE and encephalitis. I have not found out the results as of yet, but I am out of work due to this unfortunate circumstance, and won't receive any paycheck to cover the expense of these repairs.  I only need the $500 deductible to be able to have my vehicle back. If you have just a few bucks to spare, I would greatly appreciate any help I can get. I am supposed to pick the car up this week. God Bless you all.
