Help Tenzin become an engineer

Donation protected
Tenzin Tashi is a young Tibetan monk who has recently completed the fourth and final year of B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication  at Mahendra Engineering College  in the Tamil Nadu State (India). Belonging to a very poor family of Tawang (North-East India), Tenzin was educated at Sera Monastery (Bylakuppe, Karnataka) since he was a child.

After completing his studies at Central School for Tibetans (Mussoorie, Uttarakhand), in the Summer of 2013 he moved to Mallasamudram (Tamil Nadu) to study engineering with my direct support.

One year before, after a journey to Bangalore where I met some Tibetan friends, I realized that I could do more for the Tibetan community in India. Once returned to Italy, with my organization (ARCHES ) I started a higher education support program to help them build a new life.

This campaign is linked to this specific program that intends to reduce poverty in India by supporting  more vulnerable groups such as young women and minorities. It provides a solid platform to enable low-income students to gain academic excellence and develop professional skills to maximize their potential for success. By this inclusive approach, we can help them discover their dreams and build strong futures.

Your donations will help Tenzin complete his higher education and achieve his dream of becoming a professional engineer.

My goal, if reached, will cover the total costs for his certification.

No donation is too small! I hope you’ll join me in supporting this campaign.

Thank you so much for your support and generosity!
