On Friday February 1st my mom went into St. Marys hospital for her liver issues. Her liver has failed three times before this, but it is getting worse every time. She couldn’t eat and when she did she could not keep food down. The doctors did some tests and found out my moms kidneys were failing. She was immediately sent to the ICU in Rochester where she’s been getting all the care she possibly can. On February 2nd they decided to start her on continuous dialysis to see if they can get any improvement from her kidneys. They are going to try and take her off dialysis later today and decide whether she needs to stay on it or try something else. I will keep updating as we get more information! If you are able to donate anything to help with necessities, bills at home, any help extra care she might need after the hospital, etc. That would be such a huge help for everyone!
