JoEllen Whitehall, 72, of Martinsburg WV (Previously Portland, OR), passed away on January 22, 2019. In Lieu of flowers, our family is asking that donations be made in her name, that will go directly to The Humane Society Of Morgan County WV, a charity dear to her heart.
