Help Javier's Family

Here at Gagnon's, our staff is family. We are saddened to share a devastating loss with our customers and friends. Javier Hernandez, warehouse and delivery guy extraordinaire, passed away recently from complications of a stroke. Having worked with Gagnon's when it was Gagnon's Catering and Rental, back in the Larry Gagnon days, he was the longest tenured employee, serving Gagnon's since 1978. None of us know as much about the warehouse as Javier. He worked long hours whenever we needed it, trained multiple delivery and warehouse staff, and was one big reason our customers keep telling us they love our delivery guys! A few years ago, he was so proud to have completed all the requirements to become a citizen of the USA. We shared his enthusiasm for this great accomplishment.

We are deeply saddened to have lost such a great person who meant so much to so many people. Our prayers are with his family and friends. Many of our customers have had the pleasure of his infectious smile and laugh. We miss him every day.

This GoFundMe account has been set up to help Javier's family pay for his medical expenses, which include multiple surgical procedures involving his brain as well as his week-long stay in the neuro ICU, his funeral and burial costs, and (if we are able to raise enough) lost income while they get back on their feet and find their new normal without Javier.  Any little bit helps, even if that means just keeping the Hernandez family in your prayers.
