Help For My Mother's Funeral Costs

Hello everyone, my name is Charlie. In September 2018 I got a call from my cousin telling me my mother had cancer (again) she had beaten breast cancer a few years prior but it came back and viciously attacked the rest of her body this time. I took alot of time off work to be with her and give her hope and a smile. She had a beautiful baby granddaughter on the way and couldn't wait to meet her. Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. My mother passed on the 12th of October 2018. It all happened so fast we all thought she had more time. She was strong of heart but not of body. My mother had a whole host of various issues through her life, autism, bullying she lost her ability to walk properly in her fourties just to name a few. She needed someone to look after her alot through her life and when my grandmother passed she went into her sisters care. Her sister took advantage of her. Stole money from her. Verbally abused her. Luckily my cousin found out what was happening and rescued her from that awful situation I will forever be grateful for him. I was never in a position to be able to look after her the way I wanted to. Her gave her a happy home with his wife and children and showed her love and compassion. Now my beautiful daughter is born and healthy and thriving and I wish dearly the two could have met. But now after the hardest year of my life I'm a proud father my wife and I couldn't be happier however after a small beautiful burial (Mother's request) organized by some of the loveliest directors we find ourselves in a very tough spot financially. We have been relying on my income for a long while and my mother didn't have that much insurance money I made the decision to use the small sum to set us up with a rental house, to buy a few things for our new little girl Willow so that we could be a bit comfortable. I appealed to the ATO to use some money out of my superannuation to pay for the funeral and have been denied due to the fact she didn't live with me and wasn't finnacially dependent on me which I don't understand I simply want to pay for her funeral and for some stupid reason am not aloud to access my own super for this. My mother never worked due to her disability and my cousin has no super either. Mistakes of my past has led to me having a poor credit rating so I can't even get a loan out and I am at a loss for what to do, the funeral company has been very patient with me but they won't be waiting much longer. My family and I need help to be able to pay for the costs involved with the funeral so we don't have this hanging over our heads and harming our family's future. Any little bit will help.
