K9 To Leave With Handler

I'm doing a fundraiser to help me bring my K9 partner Cooper to Sioux Falls with me. I have talked with my current Sheriff and has given me the chance to rasie the money to keep Cooper. This would allow me  to be with him throughout his life. Cooper and I have been together since June of 2017 and have bonded since .  The money raised with help pay Roberts County back for Cooper and to allow them to get a new K9 to train with a new handler. If I cannot raise the money I will refund the what has been raised. I would appreciate all the help I can get to keep Cooper and I together.
