Kelly O' Mahoney Cancer Treatment Fund

On August 28, 2013, Kelly O 'Mahoney was diagnosed with a very rare type of brain cancer, anaplastic astrocytoma. After two brain surgeries, radiation and chemotherapy the tumor is still growing and doctors believe Kelly's best chance for survival is a clinical trial at MD Anderson hospital in Houston. This trial is not in the O'Mahoney's medical network and insurance has denied them this treatment. The O'Mahoney family will have to personally pay the over $200,000.00 of costs to have Kelly in this important clinical trial that we believe will cure her brain cancer. Everyone who loves Kelly knows what a beautiful, strong, and determined women she is and we know she can beat this cancer.
So many of you have asked how you can help. Along with asking for continued prayers we have put this page together to help defray some of the out of pocket expenses incurred during Kelly's treatment at M D Anderson. You can donate directly on this page or you can mail a check to:
