Need Help After Series Of Illinesses

I’ve been in and out of the hospital since the beginning of November. Started with Meningitis was hospitalized for a week and a half and was not able to work then I started having heart complications that resulted in again hospitalization.
I never thought I would be the one to ask for help, I’ve always been the one to help others and never wanted anything in return. I’m swallowing my pride for once in my life. I really appreciate any help I can get at this point till I can get back on my feet and start working again. Thank you in advance and I wish everyone a happy and healthy new year.
