Dear Friends and Family,
I am setting up this GoFundMe account for our Dear Friends Alex and Aubree Ebersole.
Alex was recently diagnosed with a rare bone and soft tissue Cancer called Ewing’s Sarcoma. Alex has been undergoing an aggressive Chemotherapy regimen at Barnes in St. Louis, and after countless trips to St. Louis, the medical and travel expenses are surmounting.
Although I know neither would ever ask for help, I know they desperately need caring and concerned friends to join together in this journey for Alex’s healing.
People ask me all the time how they can help? I always respond to please pray for them. But I know that raising funds will help them
with some of the many medical expenses they will incur while Alex fights the battle of his life! Aubree has been a single parent for many years, and she is doing her very best to try to work, but her son is her life and she will not stop until she gets answers for Alex.
After many months of sleepless nights and much prayer, Aubree has transitioned Alex’s Medical care to MD Anderson in Houston, TX. Alex is in severe pain with metastatic cancer, and he is having great difficulty moving his legs and walking on his own. Aubree is very scared being so far from home, family and friends, but has a peace and confirmation in her heart this is where the Lord wants Alex for his medical care and healing.
Alex is looking at over a year of chemotherapy, surgeries, and radiation and he will not be able to travel home for a visit during the first three months of treatment. Aubree is diligently working to find housing near the hospital that is conducive to comfort and healing for her child.
Please Friends and Family, reach deep into your heart and donate if you are able. Any amount would help and would be so very much appreciated. There is no length we wouldn’t go for our children.
