Liver Transplant

My husband was diagnosed with a disease called Hemochromatosis ( Iron overload ) back in 2010 on his 50th birthday leaving him with  end stages of cirrhosis of the liver and many more issues.He now has cancer of the liver, the first cancer spot they burned through the cancer but the next MRI showed another and another,the reason it has taken so long is that you either go into renal failure or the cancer has to be under 2cm, he has at this time 3 at 1.8 cm.and the only treatment for him is a liver transplant. He spent the first two years doing a weekly phlebotomy and every 3-6 months up till now he has been getting MRI ,ultrasounds, bloodwork and follow up with the Doctor for the last 9 years. This and any donation will help with the expense of traveling and other expenses ,because I will have to take time off work to be by his side when he will need me the most.All transplants are done outside of Newfoundland.
