Stryder's surgery

My dog was a rescue dog, he was very energetic and happy when I first got him and only one short year from the day I saved him he developed kidney disease. The vet tried everything they could but he died a week after the surgeries he was given. The surgeries they did were pricey and I'm slowly chipping away at them but it's an overwhelming amount and I would appreciate any help.
