Lyft Driver Got Assulted And Need Help

I'm a Lyft/Uber Driver who got assulted from one of my intoxicated customers in Gresham, Oregon on 11/29/18 while I was working/driving. I have a broken nose, broken head which my doctor said that I was bleeding from inside of my brain which gives me a really bad headache, loss of consciousness, and some other minor injuries on my body. My Doctor said that I can't work because of the damage on my head for weeks, and I need to do a nose surgery soon and that costs $1,157.00. My only concerned is to not losing my appartment, car, insurance, my pet, pay Medical Expenses and do the nose surgery. I have no support but you, and not much savings to cover them all.
