In Loving Memory of Alcee Fields It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of our beloved Alcee Fields. Alcee succumbed to his long battle with Sickle Cell Anemia on Friday, November 30th. Alcee was a gentle, loving soul who grew into an amazing young man and touched so many lives in his relatively short journey here with us. He displayed a character full of humility, generosity, and maturity while living with an incredibly powerful passion for life. He dreamed of becoming a nurse focusing on sickle cell patients in honor of all those in the medical field who helped him along the way and to provide support to other young patients who battled the disease as he had. A devoted son, brother, uncle and friend Alcee brought incredible joy to all with whom he engaged - especially those he loved. He adored his siblings Kenitra, Ashley, and Isaiah, was devoted to his niece and nephews and wholeheartedly committed to his fiancé Rayna. To honor Alcee’s memory and support the coverage of final expenses we ask for any contributions to this campaign. The family appreciates your support during this difficult time. Alcee meant so much to so many and although he will be sorely missed we will forever carry him in our hearts and souls. He was our “rock”. We will strive to give to others the selfless joy he gave so freely.
