I loss my job as a Regional VP several years ago. I for the first time was left to a job market in which I hoped to find a job which had similar compensation to my previous job.
I had worked my way up through the ranks and was now looking for a job which was a little over $100,000 a year. I went to several networking events each week, called friends in my field to inquire about openings they knew about and finally I joined job sites promising to offer me exclusive 6 figure job postings.
After 3 months of networking and using these premium job sites I was running out of money. I was at my wits end as I had spent $1,500 for a resume, an average of $300 per month on premium job sites, and well over $3,000 on networking events.
Right when I was about to fold up shop I found a job ironically somewhere other than those expensive job posting sites. After I begin working I couldn't help but think about all those who had or were experiencing the same frustration with finding a six figure salaried job/career. I couldn't help but think that each of the sites promising me access to exclusive listings had none.
The websites were hard to use and required you either login into them every 15 minutes to see if there any new postings and if you didn't spend money on the recommended services they were pushing they would state that is what was limiting your access and exposure to those who would make hiring decisions for a job posting on their site.
I quickly came to realize that these sites were nothing more than glorified scams. They gave no guarantees, offer few if any exclusive job postings, and were filled with solicitations which were designed to fleece you during one of your most desparate times.
I am creating an EXECUTIVE JOB POSTING site which is completely free to join. There is absolutely no fees associated with our membership. We also offer "FREE" services such as resume' reviews, networking event posting, and interview training.
We allow our members to list multiple locations of interest so they can increase their chances of finding that opportunity in which they seek. We use technology to inform you have newly posted jobs by direct contact through your preferred medium of communication. This allows for our members to be notified immediately when a postion which fits their criteria is available.
I have used every available funding source at my disposal to ensure this site launches with features which will help those in need find a job which truly have six figure and greater compensation packages. I created a company which sole focus in our customer(member). We understand that we are in business solely at the discrection of our customers and as such we will do everything to ensure they are satisfied with our product.
