Mateusz lat 30, 13 pazdziernika 2018 mial bardzo tragiczny wypadek samochodowy w wyniku ktorego doznal powaznych obrazen glowy. Przebywal w szpitalu 3 tygodnie na oddziale neurochirurgi (w Tarnowie) w tym 10 dni byl w spiaczce na intensywnej terapi. Mateusz w chwili obecnej przebywa w osrodku ogolnej rehabilitacji przy szpitalu w Bochni. Jego stan nadal jest powazny. Mateusz nie chodzi, bardzo malo i niewyraznie mowi, stracil pamiec. Powinien byc rehabilitowany w specialistycznym osrodku neurologicznym aby cwiczyc pamiec. Rodzina, tato i siostra potrzbuja pomocy finansowej $8 tysiecy dolarow (30 tysiecy zlotych) aby oplacic 2-3 miesieczna dalsza rehabilitacje Mateusza w osrodku prywatnym, poniewaz osrodki z NFZ odmowily przyjecia z powodu braku miejsc.Zwracamy sie do wszystkich z wielka prosba aby pomogli oplacic leczenie Mateusza, aby mogl wrocic do zdrowia dziekujac z gory za kazdy datek.
Mateusz, 30 years old on 13th of October 2018 had a very tragic car accident as a result of which he suffered serious head injuries. He stayed at the hospital for 3 weeks in the neurosurgery ward (in Tarnów), he was in a 10 day coma. Mateusz is currently in the center of general rehabilitation at the hospital in Bochnia. His condition is still serious. Mateusz does not walk, he does not talk much, and has lost his memory. He should be rehabilitated at the specialist neural center to exercise his memory. His family, dad and sister need financial assistance of $8 thousand dollars (PLN 30,000 zloty) to pay for the next 2-3 months of rehabilitation for Mateusz in the private center, because the NFZ centers refused admission due to lack of places.We ask all of you, friends & family to come together and help pay for Mateusz’s treatment and recovery.
