Raise for a Warrior

Hello everyone;

I have to say if my mother finds out l am doing this I'll probably get yelled at. At this point I'm swallowing my pride along with hers and giving this a try. My mother, Maricela is a single mom of four and a grandmother to one. Her youngest son is only 11 years old. She has the heart and mind set of a warrior. She has worked 3 jobs her hole life just to be able to raise us, feed us, and have a roof over our heads. She will admit her self she has felt short a couple of times, and every time she would worry how she'd make it out of "this one". However no matter what, she always made it and her faith is what kept her going. Today at only 46 years old she is fighting her hardest battle yet. At the end of 2012 my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer stage 4. She has had 2 chemos that were very successful but still only had small results. Recently she has been in a lot of pain, she has gotten to the point where she has days when she can't walk because of the tumors on her leg and spine. She was offered to try some treatment that are suppose to help prolong her life and control the pain and growth of the tumors; However even with her medi-cal coverage the treatments are 6,000. It really isn't to bad because they originally are very expensive treatments. Unfortunately that is money our family doesn't have and it would take us a long time to raise it alone. Therefore I am swallowing my pride today asking for some help. Will you please help me raise 6,000 to prolong my mother's life? She is all we have and we are not ready to let her go.
