Fire Devastation in Paradise CA

I am utterly devastated knowing that my entire childhood in Paradise is now nothing but memories and ashes. Even more so, I am completely heartbroken for my father, my family, and so many of our close friends who have either been displaced or have lost their pets, their homes and everything in them. What do you do when you were allowed no time to pack, no time to prepare and are forced to run out of your house with only your kids and the clothes on your back?
We now have family and friends who literally have nothing and need your help! The shelters have become overloaded with generous donations of clothes and toiletries, from neighboring communities and well wishers, which is great! However, what these families really need now is cash and support for living expenses, a temporary roof, transportation, etc that can help them take the needed steps towards repairing their lives. We have a goal of raising $10,000 and we think with your help, this in entirely doable. We are asking for your help to contribute as much as you can and are willing. Even if only $10, $20 or $50 it all helps and it’s so very appreciated. We promise you that every single dollar collected will go to our family, close friends and those who were most affected by this horrible tragedy.
We are also very passionate about the hundreds pets and animals who have been injured and strayed by the fires. Therefore, we will donate a percentage of what we raise to the Butte County Humane Society, the North Valley Animal disaster relief and local veterinary clinics who are currently providing free care and shelter to these poor babies. Every dollar donated will be updated on this page with a progress report so you can see first-hand how your donations were put to work helping the community or Paradise.
