In early September 2015, 2 year old Felipe aka "Pipe" Muyshondt was taken to his pediatrician because he was losing balance. A few doctors and a few days later, a 6cm tumor was found in his brain through an MRI. The following morning, he underwent a 10 hour surgery to remove the tumor. That tumor has been diagnosed as a stage 3 ependymoma.
On October 12th, he was relocated from his home in El Salvador with his mother, Patricia (who is pregnant and due with baby Marcelo on November 22nd) and his father, Gerardo, to MD Anderson Children's Cancer Hospital in Houston, Texas.  While there, he will undergo a very new and state of the art proton radiation treatment to start, followed by chemotherapy. They will be in Houston for a minimum of 3 months.
So many of you have asked how you can help and here are a few ways.   Outside of the vast medical expenses we are hopeful get covered, there are many other day-to-day expenses that you can help with not only for Pipe, but for his big brother Fernando and about to arrive baby brother including: 

toys for Pipe
rental car
hotel stay (they're currently in a hotel)
meals out and ordered in
flights back and forth for Gerardo to visit Fernando  flight for Fernando to visit Pipe and his new brother
every and anything infant related to help create a     nursery for Marcelo
