It is with a great deal of sadness and humility that we present this request. As you all know, dad has left us. What most don’t realize is the predicament his death has created for our family. Dad left no will, no instructions, no insurance that we have been able to locate in the past week, and an unimaginable mess that had to be cleaned up. Dad was well known for living in the moment. Over the years he kept many things from us to protect us He would joke about not planning on dying or not being able to afford it. The sad reality is that his love of life and inability to face his own mortality has left us with many bills/expenses and no money.
