Please Help Pepper Get Surgery!

Pepper is a four year old hound mix who loves going outside, eating treats, relaxing on the couch and getting lots of love from his humans. Recently though he cannot enjoy these things as he has slipped a disc in his lower back. He is in a lot of pain and his meditations and cage rest is not working like it should be. We have decided our little buddy needs surgery to fix this so he can enjoy his life again like the healthy puppy he is.
