Emergency Surgery for Baby

Baby was diagnosed with closed  pyometra overnight. This disease kills dogs in up to 48 hours. She needs to have a emergency surgery to fix this. I really want to be able to save this loving family dog. I as well as my son would be heart broken if she were to pass away. I’m looking for as much help as possible in a short amount of time because of the nature of the disease. Her stomach turned into a huge hard ball and she’s misreable. Anything helps!
